Privacy Policy

Effective date: 8 October 2026

This policy describes what happens to information when you read mildfactor.online. The short version is that this site has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no analytics, so the only information that exists is what any web server unavoidably records, plus whatever you choose to put in an email. The table below lists it all; the numbered sections that follow explain each point properly.

Group one: the information

1. Who is responsible

This site is published by BETA - CZECH, s.r.o., of Kollárova 1114/5, Pražské Předměstí, 500 02 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. Company number 25977067. VAT number CZ25977067. Email info@mildfactor.online. BETA - CZECH, s.r.o. decides what appears on this site and is the entity you are dealing with throughout this policy.

2. The framework applied

Personal information connected with this site is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, which the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner publishes at oaic.gov.au/privacy/australian-privacy-principles. Section 19 below sets out the additional position that applies because BETA - CZECH, s.r.o. is established in the European Union.

3. What this policy covers

It covers the domain mildfactor.online and nothing else. The affiliate link on this site leads to https://sungoclick.space/a/R63vGS5ronuoyA5, and the other links lead to government bodies and vendors. Once you leave this domain you are reading a site with its own privacy policy, which governs what happens there. BETA - CZECH, s.r.o. does not control those sites.

4. Everything that is collected

There are three categories and no others.

  1. Access logs. Our hosting provider records, for each request, the IP address the request came from, the date and time, the URL requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and the user-agent string identifying your browser and operating system. This is standard web server logging and happens for every visitor.
  2. Email content. If you write to info@mildfactor.online, the message reaches our mailbox with your email address, your name if you include it, the text of your message and any attachment. Please do not send health details, financial account numbers, identity documents or other sensitive information. Nothing of that kind is needed to answer a question about this site, and any such detail that arrives is deleted once it is no longer needed to deal with the message.
  3. The font request. Each page asks your browser to load a stylesheet and font files from Google Fonts. That request carries your IP address to Google, as every web request carries an IP address to the server it is sent to.

Beyond those three, nothing is collected. There is no form or input field anywhere on this site, no account, no newsletter, no quiz, no chat, no cookie, no localStorage or sessionStorage, no analytics package, no advertising tag, no profiling and no cross-site tracking. The Cookie Policy lists each technology individually and confirms the same thing.

5. Reading this site without identifying yourself

You do not have to identify yourself to read anything here, and there is no way to do so even if you wanted to. If you write to us, you may use a pseudonymous email address and we will reply to it. The one exception is a request for access to or correction of information under section 15: to act on that, we have to be able to connect the request to the information concerned, which generally means replying to the same address the information relates to.

6. Why each category exists

Access logs exist for security, for preventing and investigating abuse of the site, and for diagnosing faults when pages fail to load. Email content exists so that your message can be read and answered. The font request exists so that the typeface the site is designed in actually appears. None of the three is used for any other purpose.

Group two: what happens to it

7. How long each category is kept

Access logs are kept for 30 days and then deleted in the ordinary course by our hosting provider. Email is kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, and then deleted, unless it is needed for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim, in which case it is kept until that matter concludes. The font request is handled by Google under Google's own retention practices, which BETA - CZECH, s.r.o. does not control and cannot shorten; Google describes its practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

8. Use and disclosure

Information is used only for the purposes named in section 6. It is never sold, rented, traded or shared with anyone for marketing purposes, by us or by anyone acting for us. It is disclosed to an authority only where the law requires us to disclose it, for example in response to a valid legal process.

9. Direct marketing

None is carried out. There is no mailing list, no newsletter and no promotional email of any kind. If you write to us, your address is used to reply to you and for nothing else.

10. Who receives information

Three recipients, each handling only the category described above: our hosting provider, which holds the access logs; our email service provider, which holds the mailbox; and Google, which receives the font request. There are no other recipients, no advertising partners and no data brokers.

11. Disclosure outside Australia

Readers in Australia should assume their information may be stored or processed outside Australia. Our hosting provider and our email service provider may store data outside Australia, and we do not hold a guarantee that either keeps data within Australian borders. Google may process the font request in the United States and in other countries where it operates infrastructure. BETA - CZECH, s.r.o. is itself established in the Czech Republic, so the publisher's own handling of email takes place in the European Union.

12. What happens when you follow an affiliate link

Following the affiliate link on this site takes you off mildfactor.online. Norton AntiVirus Plus and the affiliate network that operates the link may set cookies or use similar technology on their own sites to record that the visit came from here, which is how commission is attributed. Those technologies belong to them and operate under their own privacy policies, not this one. BETA - CZECH, s.r.o. receives commission reports from the network; those reports are used only to reconcile payments, and we neither seek nor want information that identifies individual readers.

13. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. It is a set of static pages: there is no database, no login, no stored submission and nothing for a visitor to write into, which removes most of the ways a website leaks information. The hosting account and the mailbox are accessible only to people working for BETA - CZECH, s.r.o., using individual credentials. We make no claim to hold any certification or to comply with any standard beyond what is stated here.

14. Keeping information accurate

If information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, tell us and we will correct it. In practice this means the content of correspondence, since that is the only information that identifies anyone.

Group three: your rights

15. Access and correction

You may ask what personal information we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected. Write to info@mildfactor.online with "Privacy request" in the subject line. There is no charge for making a request. We reply within 30 days. If we cannot give access to something, we will say so and explain why.

16. Complaints

If you think your privacy has been mishandled, write to info@mildfactor.online and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which explains the process at oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.

17. Data breaches

If we become aware of unauthorised access to, or disclosure or loss of, personal information connected with this site, we assess it promptly. Where the assessment shows that serious harm is likely, we notify the people affected and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

18. Children

This site is not directed at people under 16. Nothing on it is designed to appeal to children and nothing is collected that would identify a child. We do not knowingly hold personal information about a child.

19. If you are in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom

BETA - CZECH, s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so the General Data Protection Regulation applies to its handling of personal information. The legal basis for keeping access logs and for delivering the typeface is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. The legal basis for handling email is responding to your enquiry and our legitimate interest in corresponding with you. No processing relies on consent, because this site sets no cookies and uses no tracking.

Subject to the conditions in the Regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these, write to info@mildfactor.online. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), at uoou.gov.cz.

20. Changes to this policy

When this policy is revised, the effective date at the top is updated. Where a change is material, a note saying so is placed at the top of this page and kept there for 30 days.
